Well its with great sadness that this once glorious steed has been returned to dust. VIN # 4732914077 has take its last ride. What started life as a nice 73 street car ended its long run today in a pile of rust with a few parts living on to save the next one.

It happens! All the other race cars just went up in price.

Well, hopefully some of those chassis parts will get to live on in other 914s.

Reminds me when I cut up a 356 coupe many years ago to get practice with a plasma cutter. Found out after a while I wasn't much of a welder either, and left that to the experts!
It is easier to get rid of a "car" though when it is small pieces!!
