I've seen countless threads on the DIN connectors on the Blaupunkt Frankfurt decks. I've got the schematics for creating the plug to use another input.

However I've not seen anything on decks with 2 of these like this.

anyone familiar with the impacts of using one or the other or both? I'm hoping that one can be used as input ahead of the volume pot and the other could be used as an output before the (internal) amp. this would allow me to use the deck to control on/off and volume of a modern input and then send a reasonably clean low level signal out to an external amp.

These two schematics both show both 6 & 7 pin connections for the Frankfurt:

Thanks Jeff, this is my model, it's an F series 7 632 629 200, US Stereo AM/FM. Now if only I understood enough about electronics to read these schematics!

I think they are inputs and outputs. On my mono Frankfurt, the one DIN connector allowed me to make a simple iPod input, so I assume these will do something similar. I hope someone more electrically knowledgable will chime in, but the connections are shown on the schematic as N2 and N3 on the second schematic.
