Trying to track down electrical problem with the turn signal indicators in the speedometer and wanted to know what is #31 "warning light switch" ?

I am having a heck of a time deciphering the component description to the actual part.

If anyone has a link or did some research in correlating the diagram description to a more descriptive name it would really help me out.

Is the diagram referring to the hazard switch on the dash ?

#31 is the emergency flasher switch.
