Also Bill, if you really want a brand new shiny .... errrr fresh paint .... OEM style, Dansk is still making the current production ones & selling them thru all the usual sources.

I find my self in need of a 1.7/1.8 muffler too since the OP found one and my needs are to backdate my 75 system and need a serviceable muffler (no monza types) let me know what you have

I got the HE, Heat tubes, hanger etc, need muffler



I will try this first, and perhaps start other thread as needed
