Neat cars, I see a few once in awhile near my job, there is an importer/tuner a few blocks away.

This one is strange however:

End of Life directive
2009/1 EC

Noble Automotive Ltd will be pleased to consider complete
vehicles of their manufacture for disposal at the end of their
useful life.

The collection, de-pollution and disposal in line with the
Directive will be arranged free of charge.

WTF does that mean? Once you cannot get spares or the car wears out?

It probably means, "Don't take this to a wrecker when it's done."

In the European Union one of the directives for manufacturers is to have a plan for re-cycling their products on end of life, to reduce the amount of materials being simply discarded into landfills or whatever. It's pro-forma, in place to comply, so irrelevant in the U.S. except for good sense and ethics.
