In pulling apart and measuring Bore ,Stroke,cam etc brought up some questions. The Stroke is stock 66 mm the Bore is 96 mm, the cam is an old web cam 520H. The head valve sizes are stock at 39mm Intake and 33mm exhaust. What I'm looking for out of the engine isn't a WOT monster but a occasional Autocross and daily driver, so more torque and rev happy type motor. Im asking what size Intake valves will accomplish these goals. And to be very clear I'm not looking to change the crank.

You are actually at the proper size for that bore and stroke, 6k RPM.
