You're definitely looking for a "unicorn." These are rare as hens teeth. I've been looking for a few months myself.
Some of your options which aren't great....
1) Use the aftermarket one that Patrick Motorsports makes.
2) Marek over in Denmark makes a GT replica w/o the side blowoff vent that would definitely work. One person is still waiting a couple months now to receive it from him.
3) Supposedly an early 911 filler neck will work? Unsure if the dipstick tube is the correct length and curvature, and whether or not the angle of the cap and vent leg are "clocked" correctly to be used in a 914?
If I come up with a source, I'll be sure to let you know.
I've tried most of the usual suspects here in the States.

This guy Marek from Denmark is not as bad as you think
He is a old member on the early911sregistry
He is producing alot of early 911 parts and have done it for years
and now he is making a full line of ALL the GT parts you can think off
which will be ready this year , just name it , and its in production I can guarantee
He also did this oil filler kit in 2 versions one with the blow off vent tube
one with out and they come with the Blau alloy cap and they cost 200 EURO
the only bad thing is he lives in Denmark , and postage from Denmark to US is a B....
the cheapest option is by DHL
only problem DHL dont operate in US where they use different postal companies to deliver there stuff, and some parts are stuck for weeks in the US customs
BUT the latest years he sold 1000´s of parts to US mostly early911sreg users
and never ! a single package was lost ,they where delayed but not lost
and he is allways on travel so he is not super fast to respond on your emails
But he works alot with Sierra Madre , He will soon meet with Jorge from SM
and I am sure they will keep his stock for the GT parts :-) for the US market
So Michael Hang on I am sure your filler kit will drop into the door step ,very soon
and once its there, I am sure you will fix the claim with Paypal :-)
Best regards
Marek
