I've had some rear tie down eyelets lasercut at work and they will go onto the the rear lower shock bolt. I cant get the bolt out because the heat exchanger is in the way. Does anyone know if the bolt will clear the HE's if I loosen the top shock nut?

I'd rather not pull the HE's out again if I dont absolutely have too... sad.gif

Jack up the rear end and the trailing arms should hang down, if not enough clearance pull the trailing arms down with helper and pull the bolts out.

I found that the tarrett rear tie downs were too thick for the stock bolts.
A member on this forum was able to locate a new pair of bolts and send them to me.

I just tried searching for a few minutes and could not find the thread.
