Hello,
I'm now close to finishing surface rust on my floors and was wondering what seam sealer everyone uses? I know that some use the hard dry type but I'm leaning towards the pliable non hardening type.
Thoughts? Thanks for your support!!!

SEM. You can even paint it before it dries and it stays flexible. Awesome product.

Check out Eastwood products. I've been very happy with them.

For detail and a nice clean seam I use 3M DripCheck sealer in the tube. (toothpaste/glue type tube)
Real neat for detail sealing and injecting into the seams with very little mess and no masking up. Sets semi flexible. Surface skin dries quickly.

I've been listening, reading and asking questions with the high end restoration folks. They are adamant that you use the new two part seam sealers. They will stay soft forever and not crack and let water leak in.
My paint shop sells Fusor that's what I'll be using.
