Hi All,

I have been calling PMB Performance (Eric) since last Thursday to try and place an order. I always wind up on hold followed by voice mail, followed by no return call. I would place the order on-line but they do not list the complete brake hard line kits on line (just the individual components).

Does anyone know if they are on vacation or have been closed for the past few days or ??? It is getting frustrating as I am anxious to get car back on the road.

Eric was in Anaheim Sunday for the Phoenix Club show.

Yeah, he went out to CA for the Lit show.

Someone mentioned to me that he was enjoying an extended vacation in the South of France and Germany looking for parts

The mere mention of the movie really pisses him off.

In that case I think the inmates have abandoned the ship and left it adrift at sea. Today makes a week of no one answering the phone or returning calls or emails.

I called several times this week and once got a young fellow that told me I could not purchase product over the phone . I'll wait until next week to call back.

That thought had crossed my mind. Hugh Gordon, the go to guy for Amphicar parts recently passed away following a sudden and fatal heart attack.

Glad to hear that the rumors of Eric's death have been greatly exaggerated!

Now that I know he's dead I'm no longer disappointed. Can I have his watch?

I get it, you are a small shop, and you have to do what you have to, to promote and keep the lights on, but don't want to add the expense of more full time guys to answer the phones and then basically forward the messages to you until you train them.
PMB does a great job, and I totally feel your pain. Keep up the good work Eric, I know my brakes will wait for you to return.
