You can use the standard shift rod from a side shifter. Just rotate it 90 degrees and redrill the divot for the screw fastener. Works perfect on my car.

Got everything but the 2.0 bracket today

2..0 Muffler bracket reproductions available from AutoAtlanta. Around $40

They sell 914-6 repro muffler brackets as well.
