Anyone know the dimensions of the metal bracket that holds the center console to the bottom of the dash? need to rig one up.

Nope, but it's just a u shaped bracket about 4 inches wide with 1 inch legs.
Those are approximate and you can use your console to measure the width to fit inside the console without bulging the sides and measure the legs to make them long enough to match the mounting holes in the console.
