Trying to find the bind in my throttle cable routing.

What is the "right" way this thing is supposed to run? What hole in the tin is is supposed to go through?

I'm hooking into a 1.8 throttle body, if it makes a difference.

If you mean where on the side engine tin in will be thru a hold on the shelf where the fuel lines come thru.
