I'd be in for 1 set but have heard of issues of fitment etc on AA stuff...

I bought a set of US lenses from AA a few months ago and one of them fit perfect and the other one needed a little encouragement (made a little crack sound but luckily held together at the seam). They look great and were on sale but would have to agree with your concern about exact fit.

Would be nice if they would just honor a price like 914 rubber does for there group buys. Especially with the history they have you would think they would go out of their way to accommodate buyers.

Id be in for a set at that price.

from what I understand, the deal will close this Friday, July 15.
so if you'd like to get the discounted price, do so very soon....

AA has only received 17 payments to date (including the 4 checks sent to me).
If all those that signed up for the group buy do not send payment by this Friday, I'll mail back the checks I received and I'll assume AA will refund payments sent to them.

Hey come on guys, it took us awhile to get to the 30 mark, now we gotta get the payments in so we can all benefit from this deal. I went to the AA website, typed in the group buy part number and paid for both my sets right on line.

Lets not loose this deal.

Have the people who have not paid been contacted in anyway? Might be good to send a reminder email.

It took awhile to hit he 30 person mark, some people may have forgotten they are part of the 30.

It takes about 40 people who say yes to get 30 paid. It's just the way groups work.

should have figured that (needing 40)...oh well...these lenses do look better than the ones produced a year or so ago.
should have suggested AA send (give) me a set to display on my 914, would have built up more interest and confidence in the product!
