My rear rotors measures at .310 and appear to be never cut.
Can anyone verify the numbers?

Mine measure the same as yours on a car with 65k miles. Haynes manual shows .350 minimum and .374 new for the rear.

I don't see any markings on the rotor so not sure what the auto parts store would do with them.....if I were still working there I'd clean up and go.

Spec book shows new at 9.5mm (.374)and wear limit at 8.5mm (.334). Looks like your are past the limit by .24. If they get too low you can't vent them correctly.
