I do not believe I have posted to your cars for sale section before but I have most definitely lurked and gained valuable information from the 914World site during the last 5 to 6 years. Would like to say thanks to all the contributors that add insight and knowledge so that others such as myself can better appreciate and learn about our cars.
As the title summarizes, I have a 3-owner teener that I purchased in January 2011. The previous owner purchased it in the early 80s from the original female owner. My car retains its original factory light ivory and although it is nowhere near a perfect example, that its 41-year old paint job is not an eyesore has always been a point of pride in my ownership.
For those interested, I have written a fairly thorough write-up on the Pelican site and included a link with over 100 photos of what I feel are most if not all the important parts of the chassis.
I am somewhat sentimental about the car and would be pleased for it to go to another enthusiast that can further relay the torch. I am asking $8,400 and am located in San Diego, CA.
