Full Version: Heater cable application.
Help. I have a 1976 914 2.0 that has had the heater system backdated to the earlier style using SSI stainless steel heater boxes, SSI "J"pipes, and the standard early sheet metal air ducting. The question is which heater cable do I use? The early 914 424 075 01 used from 1970 to 1974 or the later 914 424 075 03 used for the 1975 and 1976 cars? Any help would be very much appreciated. Thanks.
Use the early one.
