For Sale: 1973 Porsche 914-4, 1.7L FI Project/Parts car

The good:

-Single family car, purchased new in 1973 in CA
-Service records dating back to late 70’s available
-Entirely complete and unmodified
-Major body restoration performed in 1999 (Trophy winner at Nord Stern PCNA Concours)
-Includes full set of new brake calipers/pads, and heat exchangers.


The Bad/Ugly

-Has been sitting idle for better part of a decade. Some minor body panel rust, and when I brought the car to Chicago 4 years ago, I drove it into my garage to do some brake work when I discovered there was major rust in longitudinal frame members. I've looked into getting the replacement parts from restoration-design, but with two kids under 3, I don’t have time or energy to do the work myself...


Would make a great parts car, or a fun project car for the more adventurous.
