Then I in-filled the shape with tinted casting resin.

I'll box it up as soon as the casting resin dries. I have a test piece I've been touching. 5 hours later and it's still tacky... 
I hope I added enough catylist..

You could make a mold and make little sour green head candy to send out like those white chocolate 914s
