Looks like the Revolution RFX wheels. They made several specifically for the narrow bodied 914. Here is a link to a set sold on ebay a while back.

They also made some called the RZX Wheel. I have a set of them in 17 X 7 on my old narrow body '73. Here is a pic.

Sixorfour has set but there 5 lug.
