Looking at the wiring diagram:

I have 12V at both sides of fuse 8 (B), but not at the brake switch (A).
Want to check power at the regulator plate © but have no idea what or where that is.
Thinking the next step is to pull the fuse block and check the connections and check continuity along the black/yellow wire itself.
Any other ideas?

Also the rear right blinker doesnt work.
The other three work, as does the tail lights.
So that makes me think the ground is ok, and also the stalk switch.
Cleaned the terminals and swapped out the bulb with the other side and still no workie.
When turn the blinker on with key off the other strip in the bulb comes on.

Any idea what to do next?

The regulator plate is the relay board in the engine compartment. If you do not have power a the brake light switch your problem is probably in that area. Check all grounds too.

I noticed the washer thingy that hits the brake switch wasn't adjusted properly.
Awesome, easy fix!
Crap, nothing is easy.
Switch works but still not getting voltage there.
Removed the fuse panel to check out continuity to the back of the fuse:

See the black/green wire cut off just past the spade connector?
Yup, that's supposed to go to the brake switch.
This non factory black wire is used instead:

Where it goes nobody knows!!
Looks like it heads towards the master cylinder.

Fuch'n DAPOs!!

Wires went to an added pressure switch. Cleaned up connections and brakes work again.
Now trying to fix the RR blinker. Most likely found the problem.
Cracked lenses are no good kiddies. Mmmkay?

Get all this cleaned up and install the new lenses.
Hopefully this will work.
