Homeplans can be pretty involved. You may do best to buy the home plans $900-2000 and have them modified. Much cheaper than a custom set that would start at 8k+

You could do it yourself with OnShape.

The second you mentioned a house, I wont touch that (unless it was for myself and no permit required, like a shed)

I have done it for 30 years. I can make cad drawings for you.
Maybe it is not the same standard as in Europe.

I work with autocad. I make electrical drawings but i think i can make your house also.

I run AutoCAD as well, but I design irrigation systems. Haven't drawn a home since architectural drafting school 20 years ago.
