1st time saw these wheels from Panelbilly's car and lately another 2 car (on sale).
Where did these wheels originally came from?

No longer available Revolution wheels I think?

Yes, English, and I think they're still available. I had some on a Lotus.

It's a competition rim and used to see a lot of cars over here running revolution rims in the 80's, doesn't look like they do 15" in that style anymore

Appears there is a fair assortment of offsets, these rate second to the gas burner 5 studs to me, a timeless design.
