It seems that everyone thinks it's a great deal, but finding someone who is willing to trade $40k for it has been somewhat challenging.

I'm pretty sure many have spent that much or close on this addiction, just not all at one time.

It is easier for me(most) to spend $40K over a 10 year period than the same amount in a day!
