I'll update this as I add more.
Jim Dupree or JCD914 has a friend who catered the BBQ at WCR2010 and a couple of events I had at the Sonoma Original Customs. He's good and he's reasonable.
Thats a long way for a cater to travel IMHO. Finding restraunts I think might be a better idea.

Contacted The Eatery, looks like we have a decent option for a either a no host dinner venue maybe the awards dinner.

Thank you kindly for your interest in holding an event with us!
For June 3rd, we have a couple options for you to consider...
1) You can rent out the Beer Cellar, which is our downstairs venue for $300 plus tax for the evening. The space can accommodate up to 40 guests and we could arrange for a Beer and Food Pairing menu that could be set up downstairs.
2) If you were interested in the Brewers Hall, which is the upstairs venue, we would be looking for a venue rental of $1800 plus tax to reserve the space privately in the evening. However, would you could a day-time event? If so, we could arrange to reserve a couple tables for you.

So the Eatery can do a catered dinner package for us at $33 all in per person including a beer.. Or $26 with no drink.
I was thinking that the awards dinner we would budget $25 per person, however everything up there is just so expensive we might have to push the budget and eat into our reserve funds.
I'll keep shopping around and I encourage you all to do the same.

In the long run, a buck or $8 exceeding the budget is small change. Participation fees are what they are.
