Looks like a car that was for sale on craigslist a month ago, it was discussed here on 914world I believe.

Now that was funny....
I am pretty sure I have seen that 914 going east on Crow Canyon Road from Castro Valley to San Ramon several times in the morning, around maybe 7:15-ish.
Put a 914World B-card on it.
