I've never understood why people don't turn their wipers off before they turn the car off.
If it stops raining, you turn your car on, and the wipers are going full tilt screeching across the window, and it scares the shit of you.
It irritates me when I see it. I like everything to be back in its default position when I turn the car on. OCD, yup!
