I've seen others go pretty quick from the part-out ads, so this is just me fishing on the off-chance someone out there wants to sell me one they've been hoarding for that "guy who will pay for quality." I'm that guy.

Why can't you latch the top, Jon? ... the latches are independent of the padded trim piece

Heheh, right again, and good point. Sorry I think I came across a bit harsh there, didn't mean that. Glad you took it with a grain of salt. Some parts are just frustrating to try to find in good condition, especially with these old cars!
