I had full hubcaps like that on my car when I bought it. Ended up selling it on eBay.

That looks like a real clean car. The hell hole is still intact unless it was previously repaired. Bumpers look really straight.

I'm not a fan of the '71 interior but I'm big fan of very little rust.
And orange. And un-molested. And easily adjusted. And easily corrected blunders.
And removable eyesores.
Looks like great potential to me.

Look through the missing battery tray, through the hole in the support, past the ECU, and you see a small orange triangle.

Then look at the picture from under the hell hole, and you see that small orange triangle is covering a hole in the sheet metal, and held in place with rivets and screws.
