Which is the best way to install your tight rear sway bar bushings ?
1.Heat 'em up or cool them down?

2.Also do you press them in the drop-link first, THEN press in the rear sway bar ball end or visa-versa ?
3.AND do you lube the bushing cup with ? bearing grease or... ?

Here is what I did:
Drop the bushings into very hot water. Use liquid soap to assist in pressing the bushings into the link.
Lube the cups with lithium grease. Press them onto the swag bar and shocks with a large C clamp.

Pretty much what I did as well. Worked for me! I used a large pair of Channelock's to press them onto the sway bar.

The plastic will go into the drop links with a bit of persuasion. I started with a vice, finished with a rubber mallet.

Links go on the stubs with a large C clamp.
