Selling a pair of Carrera front bilstein struts for the Boge housings.
They are brand new in the box never been used.

I bought them direct from Bilstein, I gave them the part numbers off the strut housings i have and they managed to send me the wrong ones.
To make matters worse, they will not take them back or exchange them.
So because they are horrible to deal with, heres someones lucky day

id like to get 300 for them. however I am open to offers.

Does it have the external nut or internal?? Any pictures of that? I need some for an 87 strut housing. And they are boge struts.

Those fit 85 and later struts with external threads.

I think the only difference is the threaded collar at the top. I will contact them to see if that is the case. You you want I can call them and see if the collars are available to change them to fit a pre 85 strut with internal threads.

Bruce, that would be ideal. I have tried for nearly ever now trying to get this resolved.
they have been less than helpful.

I cant say enough how frustrated I am with Bilstein.

Sorry every dollar counts on this project and I got brand new boge/Sachs replacements from rockauto for 165 delivered for the pair. To hard to pass up.. I think you Really got the raw deal. Try trading with someone for something else you need.

I don't know how they do that price. My shop cost on a pair is $210.

I know and they buy from world Pac like everyone else. It must be the qty or something.. It's just crazy.

mepstein, I dont either. All i do know is it screws small business like you and I both.
I can get bilsteins cheaper through turner motorsports for bmws than i can get them direct from bilstein.
but the other thing is they actually provide better service to boot....
Bruce was looking for me to see if he could find strut housings that these would fit into, so i have that going for me.
Always saving my ass he is...
