nope, dave, it's $200 + $12 each. The tooling charge is a setup charge, similar to screens for t-shirts or programming for embroidery.
Some places don't charge those, but they build the setup charge into the price.

Do they have to look like that one? I think there are enough people here that could design a better one. If you have dimensions on what they need to be, I could have my art department work something up.

it will be a custom design. (blah blah 914world.com blah blah, i would think )
the badge is 3.75", but the enamel part is smaller... i'll know for sure when i get the sample kit.
