As the title says- what is the largest tire that I can put on 7 X 16 Fuchs that will fit on a narrow body WITH rolled fenders?

205-215 depending on actual width, 225 with some camber. It's the offset that makes it tight.

I ran 215/45/16 on 7/16 Fuchs. They were a tight fit.

Depends how far rolled and your version of rolled or pulled out.

225/50/16 on 7x16 Fuchs. Needed to pull out the fender to fit.

I've got a 205/55 on a 16x7 23mm offset that tucks with room on rolled fenders. Stock camber.
I've got 2 225 tires. Ones 9" wide, the other 9 5/8".
The 9" 225 is on a Boxster 16x7 and fits with a thin spacer. 40mm offset vs 23mm Fuchs/cookie. The wide 225 would likely rub. The wide 225 is on a 16x8 11mm offset (911) and the 8" won't fit without cutting/flares.
I've got a 215/60 on a 15x7 Cookie I can try if I remember.
Measure the inner lip to frame/truck side. Both sides will be different by 1/4" or so, but it will give you as point of reference for pulling. I got carried away with the roller and maxed it out at 10 1/4" on the small side.
