I need help in finding where to look for the correct wiring diagrams for these two gauges.
A 911 electronic speedometer, and a combo gauge.

The best site for 914 wiring is Bolsby.net

I have also found pelican parts has good wiring diagrams.

You need to look at the front top rim inside the glass for the part numbers. Once you have the part numbers look on the back for the date stamp, looks like a 5/78 stamp on the speedo.

Then look to Pelican for the corresponding diagrams.

Notice the top left edge of this one.

Thanks. I'll pass it along to the mechanic. I'm trying to do some of the leg work. I think I might be alright on the speedo, as someone on here in the recent past had a pic for the speedo wiring. I'm not for sure with the tach, as we upgraded it to electronic. I would imagine so.

The speedo in that sketch looks like a cable driven one, or no?

Yes it is. Pulled my gauges out of the car a few weeks ago. It was a cable driven speedo, looked just like that.

How are you planning to drive the electronic speedo? The 914 transmission does not have the magnet ring or puck to provide the signal.

Hope this helps
