Just to be on the safe side, I took a little drive this morning to check out the roads for our Saturday run. Same old boring PCH, Mulholland, Decker, Potrero, etc. Mid 60's at the beach, mid 70's inland. Roads are all clear.

Then one last trip by the Rock Store to Paramount Ranch. Nice little event going on there, so though I would share the pix. A club called the Fabulous 50's, but these ain't Chevvies and Fords biggrin.gif

When you can just "bump into" a bunch of cars like that it almost makes me want to move to SoCal. I said almost.
Sounds like you have one hell of a good time in store for us. Now if I can only stop the gas leak in my car before Thursday morning!
Porsche Rescue
Howard, gotta add:
First time I spoke to you was in the men's room at the golf course on first morning of WCC '04. You had a Streets of Willows t-shirt on and I asked you about "Streets". Now less than a year later you've fixed it so I can drive them. Thanks.
Howard
My pleasure Jim. Us old guys spend a lot of time in the men's room biggrin.gif

They may be Pinin Farina bodies but I don't think either of those cars is a Ferrari.

Is that the same Old Yeller that I saw race in the Times Grand Prix at riverside in 1960? That same race I saw Carrol Shelby drive a Mazerati Birdcage. There was also a Corvette Stingray. I used to have a cutaway drawing of Old Yeller from I think Sports Car Graphic. Wish I still had it.
cheers, Elliot

Andy, Cabrio is a 1960 250GT PF California Spider, and the coupe is a 58 Bertone body 250GT. Both Colombo V12 Ferraris.

Why do I know that??? I can't remember shit nowadays biggrin.gif
BTW I want your hood and deck lids.

Elliot, you saw Old Yeller 2 in 1960 at Times GP. It was there at Paramount, too.
