Should I bring the machine, computer and supplies? Thinking of Saturday afternoon and night.......onsite instant gratification...complicated stuff could be delivered in time for race day....
Howard
Think you would do better Sunday in Lancaster. I'll buy some either way.
Brando
Sure.

Can I get opposite colors since my doors dont match?
Joe Bob
Any color you want as long as they are black, white, red or blue.... dry.gif

Other colors I have to know about in advance....or you buy the vinyl and I will custom cut it....15 inch wide maximum.
Mueller
no thanks....got a local Bay Area source...McMark
McMark
Did you just out me, Mike? tongue.gif
Joe Bob
Well this is going over like a warm turd as an avatar.....
McMark
Everyone up here is Autocrossing today. I just got back. Give it a few hours.
Joe Bob
Yeah, well I am willing to PAY an operator to do custom work and WCC members get the stuff at COST......while "I" help out on WCC admin stuff.....

So if there isn't enuff support for it, I will leave it at home and do my Hunter Thompson impression on the speakers stage....not like I wouldn't do it anyways.... bootyshake.gif
Allan
Only if they are approved by Admin. and are free.
Joe Bob
Yeah....that'll happen....

I see "cheap and if I swallow" is in the lead....sick fuchers..... dry.gif

Bet the chrome mud flaps with the nekkid chick would sell best..... mueba.gif

BTW, for the "cheap" crowd, Mikes gettin me some custom vinyl very cheap....

A custom windshield banner, and two custom badges for the rear at 50 initial and 10 per extra set...

So... FYI guys, yes, mike is doing a favor for us 914 club peeps right now.

You guys dont want to "support the 'Z'" in public, fine, PM him that your interested...

Mikes really a nice guy...

Joe Bob
Your stuff is loaded and ready to go....all you need to do is send me a paypal deposit and tell me dimensions. Doing a run tomorrow morning.

VegasRacer
Are you gonna have just the vinyl?
Maybe you could sell more stuff if magnetic backing was also available.
Andyrew
Scweet!

Lemme measure.

Paypal will be on its way in a min..

I could but that stuff falls off at 55mph..... dry.gif

I see "swallow" is still in the lead....

If you want to...find some magnetic stuff that you like and I'll do the cuts and vinyl for you.

Just put a piece of tape on the leading edge and it stays on at 120mph.
Ask me how I know.
Joe Bob
Yeah I know...just looks kinda a tacky.....the cost of multiple numbers is so cheap that "I" find it easier to pull them off between race meets. But I'll look into picking up a roll of the mags...not many people have asked, though.
markb
I'd buy some, but all my moneys earmarked for the WCC. Gonna be watchin' my pennies even then. Gotta try & do this on the cheap. Between the passing of the puppy dog and payin' tha taxman, things are a tad tight. sad.gif
Joe Bob
Parts in trade work.....I need some Oscars....and a windshield idea for Frank and some fabrication help/ideas....
markb
Oscars? huh.gif
Andyrew
Mike, I'd be interested in the mag numbers.

btw.. pm sent.

Tacky?
White numbers, on a black magnetic sheet, with black tape, on a black car.
This CSOB has been using the same ones for 10 years.
Well, they were stuck to the garage door for 8 of them 'cause the yellow/red race car had different permanent numbers.
Joe Bob
I was referring to Racer's tape...ya know Fuglee grey duct stuff?

Swish from Three point land....
rhodyguy
can you make those fake bullet holes? how about "BACK OFF ASSHOLE!! for the back of my car?

Joe Bob
No but I do them for real and whip out a permanent marker that would be a better presentation..... cool_shades.gif
rhodyguy
thanks but no thanks mike.

k
Joe Bob
Those bullet holes are about 10 cents a piece and are silkscreened....
Brando
I like the magnetic numbers idea. Shoot out a price since I don't have the magnetic stock. I thought about it for a second, the vinyl probably wouldnt stick to my car with crappy paint, hehehe...
Joe Bob
OK...gonna pick up a roll of magnetic stock tomorrow.
Joe Bob
OK...PORSCHEV 914-8

Howard
Thanks, Mike. The Porschev came out great. Both companies can sue us.
Now, make me a couple of white meatballs (mag would be nice) with blue #'s 715, and a smaller C/I for each side. Red for that.
I will proudly display them on both cars at WCC so you get lots of bi"Z"ness!

Will waive your track fees beerchug.gif
Joe Bob
I have them in black, black or black....if any v8 guys want some in other colors let me know....
lagunero
I'll pass on the poll options but I'll in for some.
