I am currently replacing my suspension bushings, shocks, and springs, and I was wondering if the torsion bars need to be changed, they dont go bad, do they?

Not really and you can adjust the front end settings for ride height not stiffness.

19mm Tbars is a slight upgrade and improves the handling without a loss of ride.

You can only go 19mm torsion bars (stock 911 size) if you change over to 911 a-arms. You can go 20-21-22-23 from the usual places, 20mm can be found at troutman
