Ok, the horn works. The problem is, when i turn the wheel left, the horn blares. Doesn't do this when i turn right. Any idea's? Its gotta be a grounding issue, me thinks

Yup! Grounding issue inside the steering column. Check the button and the contact on the button. See if "stuff" moves around differently when turning right versus left. If all else fails, try to check the wire inside the tunnel.
