As you know last week I dropped a spiral lock in the case and had to disassemble the engine to fish it out. Then I dropped the piston and broke the skirt. So today all the parts were here to start again. I got to cylinder 1 to put on the barrel. I did not go all the way into the case. confused24.gif Got to looking to see the problem, seems the fins on the biral cylinders are a hair larger that the cast iron one. Going to have to take the engine off the stand and take the yoke off. I had to take some seat belt washers and make them in to "D" washers to fit case and yoke. Bolted the case and yoke together again to put back up on stand. Tapped the barrel the rest of the way in. cheer.gif

Fair warning to check your clearance from the barrel to the yoke IF using AA biral cylinders.
