As per title,I have stand alone dash mounted fuel gauge which is a standard VDO 52mm unit rated @ 10-180ohms.
The tank has maybe 10 litres in it and the gauge is reading low?

Since the fuel tank capacity is approx 60 ltr, at 10ltr the guage should read low, should it not...at about 1/6 of a tank? Please check with PHAT Perf. to verify

IIRC, the sender reads ~90-10 ohms, empty to full. (Backwards, more resistance being less fuel.)
