My friend has been having issues of poor running in low and high rpms. He says it (1.8 74') only runs good between 3-4K rpm. I asked him about his pressure regulator, and he said " below the battery without any hoses attached?" Could this be the simple culprit to his issues?He is in Alaska for a week fixing tug boats (freezing his arse off). So I am making copies of all fuel and other diagrams to stick in the mail to him. Any other advice and comments would be appreciated
