bought a used petronix at the pomona swap meet with out any instructions. Which post does the black wire go to on the coil? and how much gap does it have. If you know the correct way to hook it up please tell me how. Put a head temp guage on today is there a best cly. to put it on?

Black is neg, red is pos, gap is .030 inches

Most people put the temp on cyl 3 cause its furthest away from the fan, causing it to run slightly warmer.
