My ball joint broke while driving last week.

I ordered new ball joints and a turbo tie rod kit (good time to upgrade). However, upon disassembly, I see that the lower control arm is bent slightly.

I'm looking for a local replacement for the right side lower A-arm. Somewhere near San Jose, CA. Doesn't have to be pretty.

no close to you but i have them and can ship at cost. $25 for one. Do you need one with the sway bar mount? it probably got bent removing the ball joint.

I don't need one with a sway bar mount.

I think the control arm bent because after the ball joint failed, the A-arm jammed between the bottom of the strut housing and the wheel. As I drove to a safe spot, the end of the control arm was being forced backwards by the rotating wheel.

I'll let you know if I can't find one locally.
