How not to sell a part. Wipe the frickin thing down and take a picture with correct lighting or in daylight. This may be an opportunity for someone in the sellers area to go and inspect the roof and make a sweet deal.

You wont take less than $300 but are too lazy to take it outside, clean it up and show a prospective buyer what they will get.

Ask your self, would you shell out $300 for anything with so little info to a seller you do not know?
