I know of an exceptional car in Martin, TN but it's not a cheap car. Needs nothing, hi-po engine, beautiful paint, lots of goodies. PM me if it's of any interest.
FWIW? In reality, what you'll pay on the front end for a high priced car like this, is cheaper in the long run.
