I have a couple of questions about this gauge.

There is a bulb holder missing i think it's hazard or indicator? As ther are different holders in these gauges i'm not sure which one i need to buy.

Is it the ba7s metal type that earths through the back plate or is it the long thin plastic type with 2 tabs?

Also there is another holder next to the missing one which has a single spade connection. It's for the oil light. Is this meant to have 2 spades?

Thanks for the link. Looks like I have an earlier year gauge in my car

Having now taken the cracked crumbling orange plastic type circle from the gauge (see hole) i see that it was held in place by a black tape inside. Meaning no light could get through and appears to be decorative. Inside under where you could insert a buld and holder is an l shaped bracket which shields this black tape.

Does anyone know what this particular lights function is?

Found the answer it's a blank.

It was, I think, intended to be used for the Sporto overtemp warning. So basically unused in almost all 914s.
