When i bought my 911 hubs they didn't come with bolts to mount the rotors. Are there certain bolts i have to use for the brake rotors ie factory ones, or could i use some grade 8 bolts/ metric equivalents. If its factory or nothin does anyone have a set their willing to part with?

Whatever fits. They just hold in place. The lug bolts are what secure the rotor.

PET shows M8x22mm with wave washers and nuts. Does not list strength. Use grade 8 or 10. I have seen both on factory hubs.

Nay. On the front, the rotor bolts to the inside, the rim to the outside of the hub.

The metric equivalent of Grade 8 is 10.9. But 8.8 is rated at 100,000 PSI, so that might be good enough.

A bag of 25 M8x1.25 x22mm is 6 bucks from McMaster.com M8x1.25
