I have question, there may be a simple answer but i don't know it. Since i don't know if the engine is stock or not. what kind of gas should i run and do i need to put lead additive?

I would go with mid-grade and maybe add some chem-tool ot techroline.

Just run chevrons middle grade...
I always think my car runs better afterwards (no matter what I fill up on... lol)
