I did my first PCA race in many years this past weekend at Road Atlanta.
Papa Smurf was flawless all weekend!! Had Trevor Dawe with me for the Test and Tune day (and all weekend) to help with set up - the car is now so perfect and planted that it's WAY ahead of me right now. Need seat time, practice, and to gain confidence....

Here is a video from Race 1. The roof blew off going into Turn 1 with 5 laps to go!! Luckily it flew up, onto the grass and we were able to retrieve it fairly unscathed. Racers Tape on for Race 2 and good to go.

We had a camera malfunction for Race 2 - too bad because I had a great race with a few cars

Enjoy!

We learned that we need to re-gear the trans. 2nd is too low, 3rd and 5th too high...
Oh, and need limited slip...

Congratulations Bob! Sounds really good. That track does have a long straight.

May I ask, what gear box you using? 901? 915?
