that's for a Type 911 (70-71 911) or 915 transmission -- the starter ring gear is a separate part, unlike the 1-piece "cup" flywheels used on 914/6 ...

but i happen to know someone transitioning from a Type 911 to a 915 :-) ...

oh so pretty parts wub.gif

why that brand and not Tilton....cost savings or ????

TimT
Allegedly the guy who makes these Powertrain Technologies clutches is an X Tilton, X Quartermaster employee.

This package comes with a recommendation from someone I trust..
and if there is a problem a Tilton bolts right up, same bolt circle..

now I have to mount a damn winch in my trailer

Thorshammer
Tim,

Is that a Fidanza Flywheel? Thats what I have but I am using a tilton 5.5 twin disc, good to know they are the same bolt pattern. Clutch works great.

Could be made by Fidanza, not sure though..

There are a few people out there making lightweight 901 flywheel/clutches Wevo... Rennsport..
